School
KECSS is collaborating with Anubhav Learning Centre to run the Pamposh Public School. It is a pre school, day care and evening activity centre. The blend of Pamposh and Anubhav has a great significance. Pamposh, in Kashmiri language means Lotus flower. Anubhav is experience. This implies that our children are like lotus who bloom beautifully in this chaotic world after their first loving experience at Anubhav. One of the unique features of the school premises is the ample open space with three decade old trees and a variety of plant species. The nature walks instill in children appreciation and love for nature. Our children are indeed fortunate to enjoy outdoor play, gardening, warmth of winter sun and monsoon showers; a very rare treat for pre school kids in a city like Delhi. Our biggest asset is our loving, caring, and competent team. We strongly believe that it is the people who make the institutions.
The play school caters to children from 2years of age till 4years. The emphasis is more on experiential activity based learning. We build confident, capable, courageous and compassionate individuals. Education to us is humane values. Celebration of all the festivals is an integral part of the curriculum.
Our day care extends its loving arms to children as young as 5-6 months old. Many children learn to walk and talk with us. The maximum age in our day care is 12 years. The facility is fully air conditioned with a sleeping hall equipped with bunk beds, crib, cradle, feeding chair, walker etc. Clean and nutritious home cooked food is served. Children are productively engaged by teachers who are available round the clock to look after their needs and ensure a joyful environment for children.
The centre also offers value added activities for children. These include communication, art, music, skating, cricket, abacus, handwriting improvement, calligraphy, personality development etc. Vacation workshops are also held to enhance the kids’ life skills. More details for click here |
