Our Activities |
Library
The KECSS Library has a collection of over 7000 books on kashimiri culture, history, biographies, and various general subjects books like yoga, religion, encyclopedias, Hindi literature, English literature and rich collection of Urdu literature in kashimiri. The Library also has a sufficient collection of children books / stories etc.
There is a regular intake of the newspapers, particularly from J&k, to name a few Daily Excelsior, The Kashmir Times etc. There is a regular contributions / periodicals subscription of kashimiri monthly magazines send by various Kashimiri Pandits organizations in country, to name a few NAAD, Kashir Samachar, AALAV and Kashmiri Gazette. Library also receives complementary copies of the following: |

- British Samiksha
- Digital Learning

Library also has been fortunate to receive from time to time variable donations of old manuscripts / Literature in Devnagiri, in kashimiri, Hindi by well wishers of the bhadari.
The Library is in the process of computerization and attended by trained Librarian and library staff. Presently, Mrs. Jai Kishori Pandit, Member Executive is a convener of the KECSS. |
