Prof. Bharat B. Dhar is a distinguished figure in the realms of education and research, serving as Chairman of the Accreditation Committee at the Quality Council of India. His expertise extends to being a member of the National Accreditation Board for Education and Training (NABET) and the Research Council at CSIR-IMMT, contributing significantly to shaping standards and promoting excellence in education and research across the nation.

Mr. Arun Shalia holds the esteemed position of President at the Kashmir Cultural Heritage and Business Society (KCHBS), where he plays a pivotal role in guiding and leading the organization's initiatives to promote cultural heritage and business endeavors in the region.

Mr. R.K Bhan

President (KECSS)

Worked with Hindalco, Renukoot, Star Steels Limited, Baroda, and Apeejay Group. Left job as Director corporate office Calcutta in 1988 and started own business/industry. Also, engaged in social and political activities such as ex-Gen secretary Shiv Sena (PB & HP) for 15 yrs, ex-President KSS Faridabad for Two terms, ex-VP AIKS, President Akhil Bharti Brahman Mahsaba since last since more than 13 yrs, and President KECSS Pamposh, New Delhi.

Dr. Sunil Kaul

Vice President (KECSS)

Born, brought up and educated in Delhi has spearheaded multiple projects in Military Engineering Service prior to his retirement. Very passionate for our community empowerment, he has worked with Kashmiri Samiti Delhi and also Pamposh RWA. Currently, trustee of Shiv Mandir Committee Pamposh and a member of KECSS. He continues with his passion towards fostering positive change and creating meaningful impact within the community.

Mr. P.L Nehru serves as the diligent Treasurer at the organization JMC, overseeing financial matters and ensuring transparency and accountability in managing the organization's funds and resources.

Mr. Kuldip Chogtu

General Secretary (JMC)

Retired as AGM from Bank of Baroda after 38 years of service. Experienced in specialized forex business, credit portfolio, domestic banking, and internal auditing. Devoting time to KCHBS activities - community service after retirement.

Mr. Kapil Kaul

Secretary (KECSS)

Experienced leader with 17+ years in vetting and investing in SMEs, MSMEs, and startups across borders. Skilled in PE/VC, M&A, corporate advisory, and strategy. Managed investor relations and business development. Jury member for SAMRIDHI, Shine & Suge, and Boeing Build 2.0. Empaneled expert at BITS BioCyTIH Foundation. Also, Secretary of K.E.C.S.S, promoting Kashmiri culture, language, and education.

Mrs. Savita koul Shali

Savita Koul, a seasoned professional in Human Resources, serves as the Founder Director of Nand Imperial Consulting Pvt Ltd. With over 20 years of experience in corporate HR engagement and a post-graduation in Human Resource, she brings extensive expertise to her role. Savita is also a Certified Coach and a proud member of BNI Delhi Central, holding positions as Director Consultant and Training Ambassador. Additionally, she is recognized as a Certified Direct Selling Professional by the Government of India under the Skill India Program, contributing her skills as a trainer in this field. Furthermore, Savita holds an executive position in the Kashmir Education Culture Science Society (KECSS), showcasing her commitment to socio-cultural endeavors.

Retired from SUBROS LTD. as a Senior Manager Finance, From Corporate Office. Currently serving as an Executive Member in JMC KHBCS & KECSS and Trusty & Financial Advisor in Pamposh Shiv Mandir Committee.

Mr. Moti Lal Pandit

Executive Member (KCHBS)

Coming from a remote village in Kashmir, SH. MOTI LAL PANDIT received his early education at Dav High School, Srinagar. He later joined Shri Pratap College and earned a B.A. (Hons) in English with distinction. After completing his M.A. in English from Jammu & Kashmir University in 1958, he embarked on his teaching career at a Degree college in Jallandar, Punjab. At the young age of 21, he joined the Postgraduate Department of English as a junior lecturer, where he taught various courses. He introduced a course in literature of the Commonwealth countries and supervised research at M.Phil and Ph.D. levels. He has also presented papers in this field at London and Singapore.
