Shri Arun Shalia

Shri Arun Shalia retired as an Information Officer, Government of India, after a distinguished career marked by dedication and professionalism. He also served as Vice President and Registrar of the Delhi Library Association, one of the city’s most respected professional institutions. He has held several key leadership roles within the community, serving as Secretary of KECSS and as President of KCHBS. Through his vision and commitment, he has guided initiatives that promote education, cultural heritage, and cooperative development. At present, he continues to serve as President of Shiv Mandir, Pamposh Enclave. His integrity, humility, and lifelong dedication to community service continue to earn him wide respect and admiration.

Mr. Sunil Kaul

Born, brought up, and educated in Delhi. Worked on multiple projects in Military Engineering Service prior to retirement. Actively involved in community empowerment through Kashmiri Samiti Delhi and Pamposh RWA. Currently serving as a trustee of Shiv Mandir Committee Pamposh and a member of KECSS.

Mr. Kamal Kaul

Retired from SUBROS LTD. as a Senior Manager Finance, From Corporate Office. Currently serving as an Executive Member in JMC KHBCS & KECSS and Trusty & Financial Advisor in Pamposh Shiv Mandir Committee.

Mr. Moti Lal Pandit

• Executive Member (KCHBS)

Coming from a remote village in Kashmir, SH. MOTI LAL PANDIT received his early education at Dav High School, Srinagar. He later joined Shri Pratap College and earned a B.A. (Hons) in English with distinction. After completing his M.A. in English from Jammu & Kashmir University in 1958, he embarked on his teaching career at a Degree college in Jallandar, Punjab. At the young age of 21, he joined the Postgraduate Department of English as a junior lecturer, where he taught various courses. He introduced a course in literature of the Commonwealth countries and supervised research at M.Phil and Ph.D. levels. He has also presented papers in this field at London and Singapore.

Prof. Neerja Tiku

Prof Neerja Tiku is a highly accomplished architect, urban planner, educator, author, and design professional. Prof Neerja was the Head of the Departments of Architecture and Industrial Design at the School of Planning and Architecture, a premier institute for Architecture and Planning education in Asia. She has been conferred with the Fellowship of the Institute of Town Planners, India (ITPI) and is also a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA).

Sh. Kuldip Kumar Chogtu

Shri Kuldip Kumar Chogtu retired as Assistant General Manager from Bank of Baroda after 38 years of distinguished service. With wide-ranging experience in foreign exchange, credit management, domestic banking, and internal auditing, he was highly regarded for his professional excellence and integrity. Since retirement, he has devoted himself to community service and has been serving as Secretary of KCHBS since 2021. He also holds the position of Secretary, JMC, contributing actively to social welfare and community initiatives. His sincerity, dedication, and spirit of cooperation reflect his deep commitment to strengthening the values of unity and service within Pamposh Enclave.

Dr. Rameshwar Nath Koul Bamezai

Shri Rameshwar Nath Koul Bamezai is a distinguished Indian scientist renowned for his groundbreaking work in human genetics and cancer biology. As the Coordinator of the National Centre of Applied Human Genetics at the School of Life Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University (New Delhi), he has made significant contributions to the field.

Dr. Bamezai has also served as the Vice Chancellor of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University. His exceptional achievements were recognized with the prestigious Padma Shri Award by the President of India in 2012, honoring his outstanding contributions to science and technology.

An elected Fellow of the National Academy of Medical Sciences, Dr. Bamezai has published numerous articles on his research, further solidifying his reputation as a leading expert in his field.

Dr. Sunil Kaul, holds an MBBS and an MBA in Healthcare Administration is currently serving as Chief of Medical Services at HEFCO. His past roles include Director at Med Point Hospital, Mauritius, and Medical Superintendent at Heart Centre, Lajpat Nagar. He is also President of the Kash Medicos Society and a member of the Hospital Administration Association.

Shri Kapil Kaul (JMC and KECSS): Shri Kapil Kaul is an accomplished entrepreneur and strategist with over two decades of global experience in private equity, venture capital, and startup advisory. As the Founder of Indian Startup Factory and Head of Operations & Corporate Strategy at Aaxis Nano Technologies, he leads innovation in environmental intelligence, focusing on advanced systems for air, water, and weather monitoring. He has launched five investment funds and built a global network of venture capital and private equity partners to promote high-impact ventures and sustainable business models.

A recognized thought leader in India’s startup ecosystem, he serves on several prestigious innovation and entrepreneurship panels, including MEITY’s SAMRIDHI, FITT IIT Delhi’s Shine & Surge, Boeing Build 2.0, BITS BioCyTIH Foundation, and BBF under the NMICPS initiative. A certified Life Skills Coach, Mrs. Savita brings deep expertise in people development and leadership enablement. She also serves as Director Consultant and Regional Training Head at BNI Delhi Central, where she plays a key role in mentoring leaders, strengthening professional networks, and driving structured growth. In the health and wellness space, she is a Global Independent Distributor for Enagic, aligned with Skill India ( GOI)–certified sales initiatives, supporting sustainable well-being through quality health products. Beyond her professional commitments, Mrs. Savita is actively engaged in social impact initiatives. She mentors Udhyan Care for the upliftment of the girl child and has been an Executive Member of KECSS for over 8 years, where she remains deeply connected to her roots by preserving culture, language, and traditions, while creating platforms for community upliftment through meaningful programs. Shri Ashok Kaw is a retired Intelligence Officer of the Cabinet Secretariat, Government of India, who rendered nearly four decades of dedicated service in matters concerning national security and intelligence operations. His professional duties encompassed the systematic collection, analysis, collation, and dissemination of sensitive intelligence inputs, demanding the highest standards of confidentiality, precision, and strategic judgment. In 2017, Mr. Kaw was elected as a Member of KECSS and thereafter served as Joint Secretary of KECSS. In this capacity, he was entrusted with responsibilities relating to the conduct of meetings, preparation and maintenance of official records and minutes, coordination of administrative processes, and other organizational functions, contributing to the efficient and transparent functioning of the institution.
